- Refund Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Refunds are applicable within 15 days of the original transaction date.
- Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with the transaction details at info@sirui.in.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through direct bank transfers.
- Temporary Suspension of Refund Methods:
- Please note that we have temporarily suspended refund methods through Gpay, UPI, QR Code, and PhonePe due to recent fraud concerns. Instead, we now process refunds through direct bank transfers for your security.
