We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase.

 Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer’s packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

We only replace items if they have manufacturing defect or damaged. It should be brought to our notice within 48 hours of delivery for replacement.

Returns for products that does not have manufacturing defect are not applicable for return or replacement. In case the product is not compatible there will be no return or replacement. Shipping, payment gateway and insurance charges are non-refundable however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

No C.O.D. freight will be accepted.

Typically a consignment takes about 1-4 days to major cities, 2-5 days to towns and 10-14 days to North Eastern states.

No shipping on Sundays and any national holidays.

Large sized / heavier orders (like dry cabinets, c-stands, etc) and Batteries, Chargers may not be shipped via air, hence might suffer longer transit times.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by Cheque, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
